RALS extends a warm welcome to the team to Ruari Martin who after achieving his Bronze Seal in shearing then undertook his first day shearing with us on none other day than his 21st birthday - what a way to celebrate!!

We also welcome back Anthony Thompson from New Zealand for his second shearing season with us, Pendleton looks to be set as home from home for Ant now!

After a particularly long and cold winter / spring the sun finally began shining to allow the shearing season to start properly in June.  Several flocks have now felt the benefits of having their fleeces removed, unfortunately the fair weather wasn't set to last and is now somewhat unsettled again making planning rather difficult, however we'll carry on....
